Reformer Pilates

The reformer is one of the original pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates.

It can be used lying down, standing or kneeling, allowing for a full range of motion.

It allows you to build muscular endurance in non-weight bearing movements, making it more comfortable for your joints and giving your body the support it needs.
